Awful customer experience. Please don’t give these people your money and save yourself the hassle. I ordered something for a project 3 weeks ago after 2 weeks it didn’t arrive so I emailed them to ask what’s happening they emailed to say they will check and will come back to me, they didn’t. Then I called to ask what was going on they said they would check and call me back. They didn’t. I then called again and was told they may or may not be able to deliver the item… I then called back again A few days later to be told they may have to refund me but will check and come back to me. They didn’t (can you see the pattern emerging here?) then I called again and was told yes it will be delivered in a 3 days time. It wasn’t. I called again and my call wasn’t answered then I got an email 5 mins later telling me they can’t deliver the item. I’m pretty sure this place is run by some pretty incompetent primates. Awful.
